Effects of different sodium silicate levels on growth and development of sisal and resistance to zebra print disease

In this study, silicon was applied to sisal to investigate the effects of silicon on the growth of sisal plants and the resistance to zebraprint disease, and the mechanism of the influence of sodium silicate on the infection of sisal zebraprint disease was investigated by high-throughput sequencing. The optimal dosage of sodium silicate was determined to promote the growth and development of sisal and improve the disease resistance.
