Whole-genome sequencing and transcriptomic profiling of Magnaporthe oryzae strains infecting finger millet in eastern Africa

This project provides whole-genome sequence data for 226 Magnaporthe oryzae isolates collected from finger millet across Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, along with RNA-seq data profiling fungal gene expression during infection of resistant and susceptible finger millet accessions.
