LAFCo Cities - Current Boundaries and Sphere of Influence

This layer represents the current incorporated city boundaries and sphere of influence within Ventura County. The polygons depict the jurisdictional limits of each city and are intended for LAFCo reference, public access, planning review, and local government boundary information. City boundaries are established through official LAFCo actions and recorded through the County Clerk-Recorder’s Office. The Cities of San Buenaventura (Ventura), Oxnard, and Port Hueneme extend three miles offshore; however, the polygons in this layer only reflect the land area.
