Transcriptome from murine CD8 T cell elicited 10 days post vaccination with an E7 DNA vaccine on Notch 1/2 KO (Notch1 fl/fl; Notch2 fl/fl; CD4-CRE) vs WT mice (Notch1 fl/fl; Notch2 fl/fl). The aim of the study is to characterize the contribution of Notch signaling during the priming of CD8 T cells.
