Photovoltaic IV Curves for Soiling Analysis

This dataset contains a comprehensive collection of IV curve measurements of photovoltaic (PV) modules under outdoor operating conditions, acquired for the purpose of analyzing soiling effects and their correlation with module performance. The data were collected at the Federal Institute of Northern Minas Gerais (IFNMG), Brazil, using standardized measurement procedures to evaluate the impact of accumulated dirt on the electrical behavior of PV modules. Each measurement includes current\u2013voltage (IV) and power\u2013voltage (PV) curves, along with environmental parameters such as irradiance and module temperature. The dataset enables the calculation of soiling indices and the assessment of performance losses associated with different levels of surface contamination. These measurements are particularly valuable for performance modeling, degradation studies, and the development of diagnostic algorithms related to soiling effects in photovoltaic systems.
