资源简介:

This file provides supporting information for the manuscript Identifying Potential Biomarkers Associated with Sebum Production, Pore Enlargement, and Comedones Using Transcriptomic Approaches. It contains 2 supplementary figures and 3 supplementary tables: Figure S1 shows the 0–7 grade visual reference scale for facial pore severity, which was adopted as the phenotypic criterion for subject enrollment and group allocation; Figure S2 presents representative clinical photographs of the four studied skin phenotypes (DNEP, ONEP, OEP, OEPC) to demonstrate their baseline characteristics; Table S1 lists the phenotype-correlated key genes screened by canonical correlation analysis for each comparison group; Table S2 summarizes the shared enriched GO terms between differentially expressed genes and phenotype-associated key genes across the three groups; Table S3 details the Spearman correlation coefficients and corresponding p-values for the seven core genes and their matched skin physiological parameters. All materials support the grouping criteria, analytical workflow and core conclusions presented in the main text.
