Data from: Conceptualising and mapping polarisation trends in land systems
收藏资源简介:
This ZIP file contains three folders with scripts and data required to reproduce the analysis (note: input data cannot be shared publicly because of data use rights), as well as the results of the polarisation analysis presented in the paper. The three CSV files in the results folder allow the mapping of polarisation trends in Europe's land system. The difference between the three CSV files is the threshold used to define polarisation for a given NUTS region (nomenclature of territorial units for statistics). The paper presents the results for the 5% threshold, which means that opposing processes (i.e. hotspots of increase and decrease of a given indicator combination, based on top and bottom quintiles of the respective data distributions) each cover an area share of >5%. The results for the two alternative thresholds of 2.5% and 10% are presented in the SI. For detailed information, please see the README.
