资源简介:
This dataset supports the findings of the study titled "Amelioration of Acidic Alisols in Rwanda Using a Bio-organic Fertilizer Consortium of Coffee Pulp and Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria" submitted to Cogent Food & Agriculture.
The study was a 90-day greenhouse pot experiment conducted at the University of Rwanda Agricultural Research Station in Rubona, Southern Province, using maize (Zea mays L. cv. ZM607) as the indicator crop under four treatments: Control (T1), Coffee Pulp compost (T2), phosphate-solubilizing bacteria inoculation (T3), and combined CP+PSB (T4), with five replicates each.
The dataset includes:
Soil pH measurements at 0, 30, 60, and 90 days for all treatmentsAvailable phosphorus content (mg kg⁻¹) per treatment at 90 daysExchangeable aluminum concentrations (cmol kg⁻¹) per treatmentPhosphate-solubilizing bacterial population dynamics (log CFU g⁻¹ dry soil) over timePlant height (cm) and dry biomass (g plant⁻¹) at final harvest (90 days)Nutrient uptake values: N, P, and K (mg plant⁻¹)Pearson correlation coefficients among soil and plant parametersEconomic analysis data including costs and projected benefits per hectareAll values are presented as means ± standard error (n=5)
