Comprehensive analysis of neurodevelopmental stage-specific gene expression using long-read RNA-seq

The goal of this project is to examine gene expression between neural progenitor cells and neurons using long read RNA-seq to define differences in gene expression at the isoform level and to gain new insights into neural differentiation.
