Transcriptome of salt-stressed peanut roots

The damage of salt stress on peanut is not known for the time being, however, plant roots are the first line of defense for exposure to stress, and it is important for the study of transcriptome analysis of peanut roots under salt stress. Application of microorganisms for peanut treatment helps to alleviate salt stress, and microorganisms and their extracellular secretions influence the components of the living environment of plant roots.
