Comparative transcriptomics of Actinosynnema pretiosum: wild-type strain X47 versus mutant strains RS21345 and RS24600

two pairs of two-component system was identified in the Actinosynnema pretiosum X47 genome . Following the knockout of the response regulator gene, the production of ansamitocin P-3 in the mutant strain was significantly decreased. To further investigate its regulatory mechanism, transcriptome analysis was performed to identify differentially expressed genes between the wild-type strain X47 and mutant strains RS21345 and RS24600. thereby determining the target genes regulated by response regulators.
