Transcriptome sequencing of multiple tissues from coral-snakes (Micrurus spp). Coral-snakes

This Bioproject provides transcriptomic data from species within Micrurus genus of snakes (Elapidae family). This is intended to be used to investigate venom composition, cephalic gland biology and reproductive aspects of these snakes.
