Mouse gut microbiota profiling

This study aimed at finding dynamics of the mouse gut microbiota treated with medically prescribed probiotics such as Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus clausii. The study compared the perturbation of mouse gut microbiota in Salmonella infection and restoration of the perturbed micribiota by probiotics treatment. Also we aimed at correlating the dynamics of gut microbiota with gene expression kinetics in gut wall tissue. The gene expression kinetics data is already submitted in GEO.
