These raw sequencing data correspond to those generated and analyzed in "Ultra-Deep Sequencing Detects Ovarian Cancer Cells in Peritoneal Fluid and Reveals Somatic TP53 Mutations in Non-Cancerous Tissues". Briefly, we prepared duplex sequencing libraries from DNA extracted from 37 peritoneal fluid samples and 16 whole blood samples. These samples were obtained from a total of 16 women with high-grade serous ovarian cancer ("cancer") and 20 women with benign gynecologic disease ("controls"). See the Materials and Methods of this paper for further details.
