State Transition Authorization (STA): Frozen Evidence Release for STABench

Frozen evidence release supporting State Transition Authorization for State-Dependent Security in Agentic Large Language Models. The archive contains the authoritative native STABench evidence and provenance used in the manuscript, including visible and sequestered-holdout outcomes, matched-control results, the 181-event mechanism/domain decomposition, dependence-aware bootstrap provenance, imperfect-transition-semantics robustness results, AgentDojo integration accounting, analysis/scorer artifacts, and SHA-256 integrity manifests. The release does not add new experiments or alter the frozen scientific results. The separate preregistered protocol is archived under DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21852114.
