RNA-seq data of KCNK3-KO cell (PRJCA044501)

In our study, we employed KCNK3 gene knockout and overexpression cell lines to explore the effects of KCNK3 on adipocyte differentiation and thermogenesis. Furthermore, we conducted transcriptomic and lipidomic sequencing on KCNK3 knockout stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells and PK15 cells, followed by comprehensive analyses to investigate the key biological processes regulated by KCNK3. Our findings suggest that KCNK3 knockout primarily influences lipid metabolism and ferroptosis processes.
