Temporary character during AI accountability

Title: The Innovation of Temporary Legal Personality (TLP) for Artificial Intelligence: A Legal Solution for Independent AI Actions Description / Summary: This paper introduces a groundbreaking legal concept: the Temporary Legal Personality (TLP) for Artificial Intelligence. As AI systems grow increasingly autonomous and capable of making independent decisions that may result in harm, traditional legal frameworks—based solely on natural or legal persons—prove insufficient to address accountability gaps. The TLP is proposed as a third legal personality, distinct from natural and juridical persons. It is activated only when an AI system commits an independent action that causes harm, allowing it to be held accountable in a legal context. After the legal process, this temporary personality is revoked. The concept is supported by legal analysis, philosophical reasoning, symbolic equations, and real-world examples. It aims to fill a legal vacuum in international law and set a new standard for justice in the age of intelligent machines.
