Neuronal polyploidization project. Ambigolimax valentianus

One of the aims of this project is to identify the genes that potentially trigger polyploidization in the neurons innervating heart in Limax. Another aim is to investigate whether the relative amount of transcripts expressed in a polyploid neuron is invariant between pre- and post-polyploidization.
