Two intraspecific grapevine genotypes were subjected to long-term water deficit in a field experiment for two consecutive years.

Two intraspecific grapevine genotypes, Fleurtai and Cabernet Volos, were subjected to long-term water deficit in a field experiment for two consecutive years. Sampling was done periodically and in four replicates for each treatment. The samples for transcriptomic analysis were chosen retrospectively according to the average midday stem water potential of the plants. The chosen samples were collected on three separate days of the experiment in 2018 (11, 34, and 67), and two separate days of the experiment in 2019 (22 and 44).
