This dataset comprises the foundational genetic and epigenetic materials supporting the investigation of age-at-onset heterogeneity in schizophrenia spectrum disorders. The collection features raw genotypic data in PLINK format (.bed, .bim, .fam) from genome-wide association studies, accompanied by comprehensive quality control documentation and derived analytical outputs. Epigenetic components include 850K DNA methylation profiles generated using the Illumina EPIC array platform, preserved in raw .idat formats.The analytical framework incorporates complete computational pipelines, featuring PLINK command sequences for genetic association testing and R scripts implementing the minfi pipeline for methylation data preprocessing.
