RBPJ:NICD1 and MSGN1 bind the LFNG gene

Mesogenin1 (MSGN1) binds the upstream regulatory region of the Lunatic fringe (LFNG) gene (inferred from mouse homologs). MSGN1 binds both the block A conserved promoter element that regulates expression in the posterior presomitic mesoderm and the block B conserved element that regulates expression in the anterior presomitic mesoderm (inferred from mouse homologs). RBPJ and the Notch intracellular domain (NICD) fragment produced by NOTCH1 signaling bind the block A conserved element (inferred from mouse homologs).

Mesogenin1（MSGN1）结合Lunatic fringe（LFNG）基因的上游调控区（根据小鼠同源基因推断）。MSGN1同时结合调控后部前体节间充质表达的区域A保守启动子元件以及调控前部前体节间充质表达的区域B保守元件（根据小鼠同源基因推断）。RBPJ及由NOTCH1信号通路产生的Notch细胞内结构域（NICD）片段结合区域A保守元件（根据小鼠同源基因推断）。
