The LOMR feature class contains features for each address for which a LOMR has been issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). A LOMR usually affects flood zone determination for a specific portion of a FIRM panel(s). The feature class was created by interpreting the information contained on each LOMR and mapping the location(s) for each reviision area in the document. A PDF of the LOMR document was associated to the feature as an attachment.
