Myzus persicae clone G006 apterous parthenogenetic female adults whole body RNA-seq

We detected the transcriptomic plasticity of green peach aphid Myzus persicae upon long-term acclimation to two different host plants. The green peach aphid Myzus persicae originated from one parthenogenetic female adult on cabbage Brassica oleracea. Then, the progenies of this one parthenogenetic female adult were reared on pepper Capsicum annuum and B. oleracea respectively for more than 1 year under controlled environment. Subsequently, the pepper-reared and cabbage-reared apterous parthenogenetic female adults were collected for RNA sequencing. The RNA sequencing contains three independent biological replicates.
