This study aimed to identify novel mycobacterial cell wall biosynthesis inhibitors that target the FAS-II system by interacting with the enoyl-acyl carrier protein reductase (InhA).The deposited raw datasets include:Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing: Evaluation of Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium abscessus using the Microplate Alamar Blue Assay (MABA). Following an initial screen at 125 μg/mL, MIC values were established both for compounds alone and in combination with vancomycin to assess potential synergistic effects on cell wall permeability.Bactericidal Activity Assessment: Determination of Bactericidal Concentrations (BC) against M. tuberculosis via Colony-Forming Unit (CFU) counts. Viability was monitored by comparing bacterial loads at baseline (0h) and after 168 and 336 hours of exposure.Cytotoxicity Profiling: Assessment of compound safety using the L929 murine fibroblast cell line to determine the therapeutic index.Biofilm Eradication Efficacy: Evaluation of the activity of selected compounds against M. tuberculosis in established biofilm structures.All raw data, alongside statistical significance analyses performed using Unpaired t-tests, are compiled in the provided PDF file.
