北京市六环以内商业区分布与分类研究数据集

在北京市2013年开源路网和商业网点数据基础上，作者选取北京市六环以内95466条零售商业和餐饮业商业点信息。在此基础上，研发了北京市六环以内商业区分布与分类研究数据集。数据集包括：对1063个商业区归类划分的5种商业区类型，这5种商业区类型包括：饮食文化型商业区、专营型商业区、购物中心型商业区、便利型商业区和综合型商业区。数据包括5种商业区类型面积统计，商业活动量，商业区等级（根据活动量划分三等）和距市中心距离等数据。数据结果表明，北京市商业区中，以购物中心型商业区数量最多，达到350个，占总商业区数量的33%，占据面积也最大，平均每个商业区占地0.121平方千米。本数据集的存储格式为.shp。压缩后数据量为227KB。在此数据集基础上的分析研究成果已发表在《地理研究》2015年34卷第6期。

Based on the open-source road network and commercial point data of Beijing in 2013, the authors selected 95466 retail and catering commercial points within the 6th Ring Road of Beijing. On this basis, a research dataset on the distribution and classification of commercial districts within Beijing's 6th Ring Road was developed. The dataset includes 5 categories of commercial districts classified from a total of 1063 commercial districts, which are: food culture-focused commercial districts, specialized commercial districts, shopping mall-centric commercial districts, convenience-oriented commercial districts, and comprehensive commercial districts. The dataset contains statistics on the area of each of the 5 commercial district types, commercial activity volume, commercial district grades (divided into three tiers based on activity volume), distance from the city center, and other relevant data. The analytical results indicate that among all commercial districts in Beijing, shopping mall-centric commercial districts are the most numerous, with a total of 350, accounting for 33% of the total number of commercial districts. They also occupy the largest total area, with an average area of 0.121 square kilometers per district. The storage format of this dataset is .shp, with a compressed size of 227 KB. The analytical research findings based on this dataset have been published in *Geographical Research*, Volume 34, Issue 6, 2015.
