Gene expression profile of the Streptococcus sanguinis SK36 exposed to heat (43 C) for three time periods compared to the untreated strain SK36. Overall design: Experiment: SK36 strains were treated with heat shock (43 C) for 10, 20, or 30 minutes. Control strain was untreated. Three biological replicates independently grown and prepared for each time period and control.
