Guiding platform governance through codes of conduct

This dataset comprises internal materials produced across earlier work packages of the INCA project, including reports and deliverables submitted throughout the project lifecycle. The data is sourced through partner collaboration and from official project deliverables. Its primary purpose is to inform the development of general recommendations for platform governance. This collection serves as a foundational input for subsequent tasks (8.2 and 8.3) and will be updated following their completion. As an internal compilation of project materials, the dataset will not be made publicly available.
