<b>Annotation files for eccDNA in mouse brain tissue</b>

The mm39 dataset contains the detection results of eccDNA from the mm39 genome. The Annotation dataset contains 5 types of annotation files for eccDNA in mouse mm10 genome, including eccDNA, gene, miRNA, transposable elements (TEs), and cis-regulatory elements (cCREs). eccDNA: The file contains information on the chromosome, start and end positions, and length of eccDNA in the samples. gene: The files include information on the intersection and overlap length of eccDNA in the samples with genes from the mm10 GFF file. miRNA: The files include information on the intersection and overlap length of eccDNA in the samples with miRNA from the mirbase database. TEs: The files include information on the intersection and overlap length of eccDNA in the samples with transposable elements from the RepeatMasker database. cCREs: The files include information on the intersection and overlap length of eccDNA in the samples with cis-regulatory elements (cCREs) from the ENCODE database.
