Transcriptional response of HT-29 intestinal epithelial cells to bovine colostrum fraction and 3'-Siallylactose.

We have employed whole genome microarray analysis to determine the transcriptional response of intestinal epithelial cells following treatment with bovine colostrum fraction and 3'-Siallylactose. HT-29 intestinal epithelial cells were exposed to Bovine colostrum fraction or 3'-Siallylactose for 24 hours after which the cells were harvested for RNA extraction. Three independent biological replicates were performed for each exposure.
