Gata1s and the loss of Stag2 and/or Ezh2 coordinately induced differentiation bias towards megakaryocytic lineage and enhanced megakaryocytic progenitor expansion. Both loss of Stag2 and Ezh2 in Gata1s progenitors remodeled Gata1s-mediated deregulated global H3K27me3 and activated a large set of PRC2 target genes.
