This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing demand and consumption-related data of customers' purchases of mountain flower honey in the Hangzhou area. Its objectives include understanding customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for honey, evaluating the marketability of this product, formulating production strategies for all enterprises in the industry to deliver personalized goods and services, and assisting companies in better comprehending their customers. Specifically, enterprises can communicate with high-tier clients 1 to 2 times per month, mid-tier clients 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier clients 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies. The workflow of this dataset is as follows: 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction-related data regarding customers' demand for honey. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Process the cleaned data with the following formula: $P = \left( \frac{a_1}{b_1} + \frac{a_2}{b_2} + \frac{a_3}{b_3} \right) * k$, where $a_1$ denotes the minimum order quantity per single transaction, $b_1$ denotes the minimum consumption amount per single transaction, $a_2$ denotes the maximum order quantity per single transaction, $b_2$ denotes the maximum consumption amount per single transaction, $a_3$ denotes the average order quantity per single transaction, $b_3$ denotes the average consumption amount per single transaction, and $k$ is the regional-specific consumption coefficient. According to empirical experience, the value of $k$ for Hangzhou is 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers based on their calculated demand score: customers with a score above 500 are marked as "high-tier", those with a score ranging from 200 to 500 are marked as "mid-tier", and those with a score below 200 are marked as "low-tier".
