Atollgen pipeline outputs

This dataset contains the AtollGen pipeline results, including :

- README.md : an extended description of the figshare dataset

- annotation_results : a collection of all the analysed GIs with their annotations as json files. 

- base / base_with_overlaps : summarises all output information in 1 row per island in tabular form (as a collection of csv files in zip archive) 

- grouped / grouped_with_overlaps : aggregates base information in tabular form (as a collection of csv files in zip archive). Aggregation groups include among others : GI classification (by_label), host genome taxonomy (by_phylum), GI genomic environment (integ_site)

- all_islands_with_overlaps_data : all GIs basic information including overlap information in 1 row per island in tabular form
