GENERAL INFORMATION This repository contains supplementary files associated with the research article An unexpected new genus of panurgine bees (Hymenoptera: Andrenidae) from Europe discovered after phylogenomic analysis by Thomas J. SPAdes_assemblies.zip This zip-compressed archive contains all UCE assembly files that were generated newly for this sutdy. The archive contains a total of 8 assemblies. The article draws heavily from a previously published paper which can be found under https://doi.org/10.1111/syen.12530 (Phylogeny, biogeography and diversification of the mining beefamily Andrenidae; Systematic Entomology). The respective UCE assembly files can be accessed in the associated FigShare archive (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9. figshare.14593629.v3). 2. Phylogeny.nwk This file is the ML IQ-Tree phylogeny (in Newick format). Details on the analyses can be found in the main article. 3. Input_files.zip This archive contains several input and config files that were used in the course of the study. It contains the concatenated DNA alignment of the 80% completeness matrix, the respective partition file that designates the individual loci, as well as the model subsets that were estimated with ModelFinderPlus. It further contains the configuration file for Spruecup.
