Qualitative analysis of students' reflections

Thematic analysis codes from the analysis of the students' reflections. Open coding was first conducted by 4 researchers. Followed by axial coding and selective coding by the research team via multiple discussions.
Codes were separated into 5 major themes (knowledge, skills, attitude, call to action and emotions) with 4 overarching themes (knowledge, skills, attitude and call to action) emerging from the thematic analysis.
