Effects of Interoperability among Public Administrations on Spanish Guaranteed Minimum Income

This study draws a portrait of some of the administrative burden and barriers on the application of the Minimum Vital Income (IMV) from the perspective of interoperability among public Administrations. A study that seeks to improve the design of public policies in this area. The research is approached from both a theoretical and empirical perspective, through an exhaustive study of the regulations, an intense review of literature on the subject and extensive field work consisting of various quantitative analyses based on different statistical and econometric models about the impact of data intermediation queries on the result of the IMV file, as well as a qualitative analysis on the satisfaction of the IMV customer service using the mystery shopper technique.
