Mutation data of circulating tumor DNA in ovarian cancer

As one conventional type of liquid biopsy, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) aids in monitoring disease status dynamically. Its clinical value and concordance with ascites or tumor biopsy needs to be further evaluated in ovarian cancer. This study analyzed mutations of ctDNA in ovarian cancer using 18 peripheral blood samples for better understanding the capacity of ctDNA to reflect tumor information.
