Bioinformatics analysis and western blotting were used to examine AFF4 expression in lung adenocarcinoma cells and tissues. The changes in cell proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis were determined by loss- and gain-of-function assays. Metabolite determination assays of glucose and lactate were used to evaluate the glycolysis level. Transcriptome sequencing, cleavage under targets (CUT)&Tag, dual-luciferase report assay and a series of rescue experiments were used to explore the underlying mechanisms. AFF4 Cleavage under targets and tagmentation sequencing (CUT&Tag-seq) were performed in A549 and PC9 cells
