This BioProject encompasses 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from mouse fecal samples generated to investigate the gut microbiome's role in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) progression. Fecal samples were collected from mice treated with refined antibiotic regimens in the context of pseudo-germ-free. Sequencing was performed using the V3-V4 hypervariable regions of the 16S rRNA gene to assess microbiota composition, diversity, and bacterial community dynamics. The study aims to elucidate how microbiota alterations influence tumor progression.
