Oxidative-stressed NHDF cells treated with or without Melsmon HPE at 500ug/ml for 72 hours. Cells were collected by scraping and RNA was extracted using Qiagen RNAeasy Plus Mini Kit. Libraries were prepared using AmpliSeq cDNA Synthesis for Illumina Kit, AmpliSeq for Illumina Transcriptome Human Gene Expression Panel, AmpliSeq Library PLUS for Illumina kit as per manufacturer's instruction. Sequencing was carried out using the Illumina MiSeq system and MiSeq Reagent Kit v3 (600-cycle).
