Gulf of Alaska 2,000 year Alkenone Data and Code

This Zenodo repository contains the data and code associated with the paper, Strong sensitivity of summer temperatures in the Gulf of Alaska to climate forcing, currently under review. The repository includes: 1) Tables S1-S4, which also are available with the paper 2) The final alkenone data used for all plots and analysis in the publication: EW0408CompositeCalibrated.csv 3) Raw alkenone data for each section of the composite sedimentary sequence (.csv files denoted with “raw-2K”) 4) Code (a Python Jupyter notebook) to process the raw data and produce the composite alkenone sequence in the final file: correctRawAlkenoneData.ipynb.
