The goal of this study was to identify transcriptomic changes (by RNAseq) in Sorghum root as a response to low Nitrogen stress. The effect was studied using 5 different genotypes and field grown plants were sampled at 2 points during the growing season. Two biological replicates were used. RNAseq libraries were sequenced as 100nt single end reads on Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform. The pooled library was sequenced across 2 lanes in separate runs.
