Rabies_GBD_analysis_code

This repository contains the dataset and analysis codes used in the study of the global, regional, and national burden of rabies from 1990 to 2023 and its forecasting to 2050. The materials are provided to support research reproducibility and allow researchers to reproduce the statistical analyses and forecasting results. The repository includes the extracted analysis dataset, GBD Results Tool query parameters, data-processing and cleaning scripts, statistical analysis code, mixed-effects models, ARIMA, Prophet, and LSTM forecasting implementations, model hyperparameters, and random seeds used in the study. These materials are made available for research and academic purposes. Researchers can use the provided dataset and code to reproduce, evaluate, or extend the analyses presented in the study.
