多中心组织图像数据集

本研究收集了一个独特的多中心组织图像数据集，其中来自结肠、肾脏和皮肤组织块的组织样本被分发到66个不同的实验室进行常规的苏木精和伊红（H&E）染色。为了隔离染色变异，其他影响组织外观的因素保持不变。该数据集的跨实验室染色变异还可以指导通过多样化训练数据来提高模型泛化能力的策略。

This study collected a unique multi-center histopathological image dataset. Tissue specimens derived from colon, kidney, and skin tissue blocks were distributed to 66 distinct laboratories for routine hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining. To isolate staining variation, other factors influencing tissue appearance were kept constant. The inter-laboratory staining variation within this dataset can also inform strategies to enhance model generalization through diversified training data.
