Transcriptome sequencing of different tissues in Bactrocera correcta

To analyze the gene expression differences between sexes and across various tissues, transcriptome sequencing was performed on different tissue samples collected from 15-day-old mated male and female Bactrocera correcta adults. The tissues collected included the antennae, head without the antennae, legs, and ovipositor of female adults, with three biological replicates for each tissue type.
