Firms with Occupational Health Service, 1983-85: Personnel

The purpose of the survey is to obtain information for statistical and scientific assessment of working conditions, health and expectations of the occupational health service system of employees at selected concerns with such a service system. The project was commenced on the initiatice of the Central Occupational Health Committee (Det centrale Bedriftssundhedsudvalg), which belongs under the Working Environment Council (Arbejdsmiljørådet), and it consists of four part-surveys the purpose of which is to examine, analyse and evaluate the development, functioning and effect of the occupational health service from its establishment and forward to the beginning of 1986. Special emphasis has been put on the structural, organizational and economic aspects of the service, together with information about internal and external co-operation, work tasks in the firms, etc. # This part-survey examines the personnel, i.e. composition, work tasks as well as qualifications/background, further education, courses, etc
