In this study, samples from healthy dairy cows and cows with ketosis were collected and divided into pre-lactation and post-lactation control groups. Through omics data analysis, candidate genes related to ketosis in dairy cows were screened to provide a data basis for establishing a ketosis early warning method for dairy cows.
