Aquatic greenhouse gas data (Peel-Harvey catchment and estuary)

Concentrations of dissolve greenhouse gases (N2O, CH4, CO2) were measured across the land-ocean aquatic continuum (LOAC) in the Peel-Harvey catchment and estuary (Western Australia). Data were collected in 2018. Files contain dissolved gas concentrations, water physiochemical properties (dissolved oxygen, temperature, salinity, total dissolved nitrogen, total dissolved phosphorous, nitrate), and the weather and hydrology information relevant to gas transfer calculations.For additional information related to this project, including the full suit of hydrodynamic data, please access this repository.
