Survey report from Davis and Mawson stations, Antarctica - conducted during the summer of 2012/2013 by Henk Brolsma.Purpose of the field work at Davis and Mawson stations:1. Upgrade station GIS for the location of new buildings, additions to buildings, road works, extent of the quarry and location of fire hydrants and hose reels. 2. Calibrate the tide gauges using the floating GPS technique.3. Take terrestrial photos for use in Google Streetview.4. Take oblique aerial photos of both stations using a DIGITAL SLR camera
