Data from: Dropping hints: estimating the diet of livestock in rangelands using DNA metabarcoding of faeces

Raw Illumina MiSeq paired-end read sequencing output in FASTQ format of 24 samples of sheep and goat feces from far western New South Wales, Australia. The reads have been de-multiplexed into 24 separate samples, with one file for each sequencing direction. Samples consist of mixed rbcL and ITS2 reads.
