Raw Illumina MiSeq paired-end read sequencing output in FASTQ format of 24 samples of sheep and goat feces from far western New South Wales, Australia. The reads have been de-multiplexed into 24 separate samples, with one file for each sequencing direction. Samples consist of mixed rbcL and ITS2 reads. Further information on each sample can be found in the key to localities spreadsheet.
